Football Officials' Association - formerly the Northern Channel Coast Football Officals' Association
The Los Padres Football Officials' Association (LPFOA), formerly the Northern Channel Coast Football Officials’ Association is a non-profit organization of football officials serving the needs of high school varsity and lower levels programs from North Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. The association was established in 1968 and currently has over 85 active members.
History of LPFOA (Formerly NCCFOA) Honored to Officiate CIF Filnals
LPFOA members participate in a rigorous Instructional Program put together by the California Football Officials Association (CFOA) which greatly enhances learning and certifies the skills of our football officials. Our Mission is to improve the game of football along California’s Central Coast by providing an educated and skilled body of officials that will seek fair play and safety by appropriately enforcing the rules set forth by the National Federation of High School Associations (NFHS) and the California Interscholastic Federation —Southern Section (CIF-SS).

Willie Belton was honored to be Line Judge the Southwest Division CIF Final, La Habra vs. Tustin, Saturday, 2:00 pm, December 13th, @ Angel Stadium. Congratulations to Willie and the rest of the Northern Channel Coast Officials for a great year.

The crew of Jerry Mrozek, Chuck Hare, Jim Krietner, Doug Trout, Mike Perez, & alternate Scott Kennedy were honored to represent the NCCFOA to officiate the Upland vs. Rancho Cucamonga @ Chaffey College for the 2008 Southern Section CIF Final in the Central Division. This was Chuck's, Jim's, & Willie's first final. |

Dues have been set by the E-Board: Membership Dues - $60 cash or check to NCCFOA, Assignment Fees (one-time fee for 2008 season) - $45 cash or check to Mike Ostini.
