The Football Officials' Association Serving the Central Coast of California
The Northern Channel Coast Football Officials’ Association (NCCFOA) is a non-profit organization of football officials serving the needs of high school varsity and lower levels programs from North Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. The association was established in 1968 and currently has over 85 active members.
NCCFOA members participate in a rigorous Instructional Program put together by the California Football Officials Association (CFOA) which greatly enhances learning and certifies the skills of our football officials. Our Mission is to improve the game of football along California’s Central Coast by providing an educated and skilled body of officials that will seek fair play and safety by appropriately enforcing the rules set forth by the National Federation of High School Associations (NFHS) and the California Interscholastic Federation —Southern Section (CIF-SS).
